I think this version of ardesia is different from the one I am growing as shown above.)

At Duncan Nurseries they make a distinction between "ardesia" and "upright ardesia." The one I am growing would be the "upright" variety and the one shown on the Wisconsin's Tropical Gardens' website would be the "ardesia."
